Well it is that time again... time for another edition of JPix! This edition is bursting at the seams with wonderful photos for you to have a look at. We have had a few new submitters to JPix this fortnight which is great!

About JPix:
JPix is a fortnightly carnival started by BagelBlogger, for Jewish bloggers and the photos they take. So if you're Jewish and you have photos you want to share, whether they be family, historical, art, funny, quirky, whatever, make sure you get them into the next edition of JPix!

Thank you to all the people who have submitted photos and please remember if you do not submit, you most likely will not be included - I only post what is submitted. (you can submit for other people)

The photos featured here in this post are just a small sample of what you will see in the bloggers posts - you need to click on the links to see all the photos!

Fishing.... For Submissions!

A couple more photos from our trip. I guess you could say they are fishing... and so am I - for submissions for JPIX! :)

JPix is due up on Thursday and I am hosting! If you have any photo posts you would like included please submit them. If you see any photo posts from other bloggers while you are blog visiting, feel free to submit them too.

I have had a quick browse of the submissions so far and it looks like this edition will be a particularly good one. Besides making sure you submit your photo posts please also check back on Thursday for the JPix round up!

For those who are wondering what JPix is...
"Simply put JPix is a carnival for Jews and their pictures, it doesn't necessarily have to be that 'joyous expression of art' which photography can capture, it doesn't have to be just about photos of Eretz Israel, though they are most welcome, its not even about communicating some deep spiritual meaning in a long photo essay, although that's alright too, its about two things. You're Jewish and you have photos you want to share, wether they be family, historical, artful, funny, quirky its about sharing."

Now I need to get to it and put all the great submissions I have so far together - don't forget to submit if you have a post!

Through The Stormy Clouds

As I mentioned in my last post, I have been really busy working over the last couple of weeks. Part of my work included driving 2 hours on Sunday to deliver a package. Considering once I would get there it would take 10 minutes to drop off the package, I decidnger to take the whole family - we don't go on day trips very often.

It ended up being a really nice trip, the girls were so well behaved in the back seat for 2 hours and I dropped off the package with no problems at all - I didn't even get lost! Earlier on Sunday we had visitors and we didn't get to leave for our trip until 2pm, so we arrived to drop off the package at about 4 pm. At 4pm on a Sunday afternoon there are no shops open or anything like that, so we decided to take the girls down to the forshore to have a look at the boats.

The sun was setting and looked so pretty shimmering on the water, the breeze was getting colder and stronger by the minute, but I did manage to get out of the warm car and take some photos which I have posted some of today and will post a few more over the next couple of days. Enjoy!

Still Around

It would be nice to just go out for a coffee and sit back and relax, but things have been so hectic over the last couple of weeks - hence the lack of blogging. Work, work, work, and no play!

Anyway, with a couple of days off I am hoping to get a few more posts up - we will see what happens.
