Another Beautiful Day!

It is Autumn here now and in the part of Australia where I live it gets really cold, especially at night. As I have said many, many times, I live on the very top of a ridge over looking the valley below. I am grateful we don't live in the valley, I am positive it gets so much colder down there. We see the clouds of frost in the early mornings which fill the entire valley before the sun comes out and then they disappear.

During the recent warmer months, I complained about how little rain we had had and now for the past week it has rained everyday! Today, looks like it is going to be a beautiful sunny day. This morning it is still cold and frosty, but the sun is out and the birds are singing and insects flying around.

We have a real estate inspection in the morning - which I think everyone knows I hate. They come through the house to make sure we are not punching holes in the walls or anything like that - something they have never had to worry about, but still, they have checked every 3 months for the last 4 years. I think they should know by now that we are looking after the property.

So anyway, I have housework to do to make sure things are sparkling before they arrive!

.... Just another day ....

RaggedyMom, this morning was the same so I sent the girls to school in shorts, now it is lunchtime and really cold so they are probably freezing right now... Oh, and the inspection was done today and it totally sucked.

Littlebirdies, we do, it is very pretty, very cold and a long way from anything!

JBM, thanks! :D

Every time I come here and see your lovely photos, it makes me realize that I need to visit Australia one day. Marvelous!
